Live Jellyfish Shipping

We ship our live jellyfish Monday through Thursday for next day arrival. Orders placed on or before 12 PM EST will typically ship out the same day. Orders placed on Thursday after 12 pm EST will automatically be scheduled to ship out the following Monday. 

Our first and foremost goal is to ensure that your jellyfish arrive healthy and safe. We may hold orders due to weather, shipping delays, holidays, etc. Jellyfish take a large amount of time and care to package correctly. Our shipping schedule may occasionally fill up, in which case your order may be delayed until the next day. 

Picking a Custom Arrival Date

We are always happy to ship your jellies on a date that works best for your schedule. Please contact us via email before or immediately after your order is placed if you need your jellies to arrive on a specific date. 

How do I know if my jellyfish are on their way?

Once your order has been processed, you will received an automated email confirming shipment and providing you with tracking information. If you haven't received an email, your order has not yet shipped. All order emails will be sent to the email used during checkout.
